If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
Non-personalised jewellery can be returns within 14 days from its delivery day at your own expense. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please contact 'email@example.com to process your return by include your order number on or in the package so we can identify your return. You can find your order number in confirmation email you received after placing your order.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations (this is mentioned in the product description).
- Personalised Jewellery
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, they must be returned in the original packaging with all labels attached. If there is signs of wear you refund will be denied and no payment will be refunded.
